The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. You’ll play an important role in creating a positive first impression, keeping the clinic running smoothly, and supporting our physiotherapists in delivering exceptional care.
While prior experience in a reception, admin, or healthcare setting is preferred, we’re happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment bookings
- Process payments and handle basic billing inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming
- Assist with scheduling and coordination for physiotherapists
- Support the clinic team with basic administrative tasks
- Support the team with basic marketing duties
What We’re Looking For
- Preferred: Experience in reception, customer service, Janeapp, or admin (healthcare experience is a plus), ICBC / Worksafe claims
- Essential: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable learning new software (experience with booking systems is an asset)
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent communication skills — in person, on the phone, and via email

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
