We are seeking two friendly, professional, and motivated Level II Dental Assistants to join our growing dental team at practices conveniently accessible by TTC.
We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for patient care. Whether you are an experienced assistant or a recent graduate, we value team members who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and embrace our established clinical protocols and standards of care. Available Positions
Position 1
- Monday & Tuesday: 387 Jane Street
- Wednesday to Friday: 583 College Street
Position 2
- Monday to Friday: 600 Sherbourne Street
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Two evening shifts per week
- Potential for one Saturday per month in the future
Qualifications
- Level II Dental Assistant Certification (or equivalent recognized certification)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and workflows
- Committed to following established clinical protocols and infection prevention standards
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take dental radiographs in accordance with Level II certification
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure patient comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Follow all infection prevention and control protocols
- Monitor clinical inventory and assist with ordering dental and office supplies
- Maintain organized storage areas and support inventory management
- Perform daily operatory and equipment maintenance
- Complete end-of-day cleaning duties to ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and ready for the next business day
