We are a family-owned insulation and spray foam contracting company based in the Fraser Valley, We work alongside some of the region's top builders and developers, and we take real pride in the quality of our work and the stability of our team. Most of our people have been with us for well over a decade.. we don't fill seats, we build careers.
We're making a significant investment to bring our spray foam operations fully in-house, and we're looking for the right person to lead that division from day one.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll own the spray foam division end-to-end from rig maintenance to finished product while supporting our attic blow-in & daily operations during slower spray periods. We'll build the rig to your specs and set you up properly from the start.
What You'll Be Doing
Spray Foam
- Run the spray foam division day-to-day, managing workflow and job execution
- Maintain a full working knowledge of spray foam equipment including troubleshooting, repair, and tune-up of all associated components
- Perform regular maintenance and upkeep on the spray foam truck and rig
- Order and manage chemical inventory in coordination with our office
- Price and quote spray foam jobs based on scope, material, and site conditions
- Conduct pre-job site visits to confirm readiness and spray conditions
- Lead quality control from prep through final inspection on every job
Attic & Daily Operations
- Support attic blow-in crews during slower spray foam periods
- Maintain blowing equipment and trucks — clean, calibrated, and field-ready
- Help keep scheduling efficient across both divisions
- Help With Rod & Caulk Windows & Firestop
- House keeping on sites
What We're Looking For
- Proven hands-on spray foam experience you know how to troubleshoot and repair the equipment, not just run it
- Strong understanding of 2lb closed-cell and/or open-cell foam & the science behind it
- Mechanical aptitude comfortable maintaining a truck, rig, and all related equipment
- Ability to read a jobsite and communicate clearly with builders, PMs, and crew
- Experience pricing or quoting spray foam jobs
- Self-starter who leads by example on site
- Valid BC driver's licence required
- Clean Driving Record

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
