BTRMLK is looking for dependable, hard-working team members to join our Kitchen Prep & Cleaning Crew. This position is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly by ensuring prep is completed, dishes are cleaned, and the restaurant remains spotless throughout the day.
This is not a part-time student position. We are looking for individuals with fully open availability who are seeking 30+ hours per week and can work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Primary Responsibilities
- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean dish area throughout the shift.
- Preparing ingredients by following recipes and preparation standards.
- Completing food prep accurately, neatly, and efficiently.
- Keeping the kitchen, prep areas, equipment, floors, and storage areas clean and organized.
- Assisting with deep cleaning and daily cleaning tasks.
- Following food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Monitoring prep levels and assisting with stocking throughout the day.
- Supporting the kitchen team wherever needed.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has fully open availability and can consistently work 30+ hours per week.
- Is reliable, punctual, and has dependable transportation.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Follows instructions and recipes accurately.
- Is willing to be cross-trained in various kitchen duties.
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but no experience is required—we will provide training for the right candidate.
