Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques tailored to client requirements
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records for each client
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients at all times
- Uphold all licensing, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state or regional regulations
- Prior experience in providing massage therapy services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatments clearly and build rapport with clients
Pay: $39.58-$100.79 per hour
