About The Program
The TD Marketing Graduate Leadership Rotational Program is an immersive, 24-month program designed to help you step into our world-class team of diverse, engaged and driven individuals. The goal of the program is to develop marketing leaders who can inspire and engage our customers, colleagues and greater communities.
You'll work alongside strategic professionals on strategy development and implementation, integrated customer communication plans and learn to take ownership of significant marketing budgets. You’ll also help drive results through developing annual marketing plans and learn to influence business strategies, product development and innovation, plus collaborate with key partners across the organization.
In this program you’ll focus on project work as you rotate across Marketing functions, which can include:
Integrated Marketing
Global Brand and Sponsorship
Customer Experience & Insights
North American Digital Marketing & Customer Orchestration
North American Marketing Strategy
Creative Services & Enablement

What You Need to Succeed

At least 5 years of professional experience with a focus on Marketing but can include other disciplines, e.g., Engineering, Art, Economics, or other focus
Demonstrated leadership skills
A passion and desire for learning
Problem-solving skills and proven analytical capabilities
Quantitative ability to draw insights from data
Excellent verbal and written communication and written communication skills
Proven strength managing relationships
Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
