**Job Summary:**
We are seeking dedicated and Experienced Travel Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings in communities Across Northern Canada. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse environments and gain valuable experience while traveling to different locations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and post-hospital treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
**Skills:**
- Experience in acute care settings .
-Minimum 1 year of Canadian Experience inOR/PARR
- Proven Ability's to work with Expanded Scope of practice
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems like Cerner or Epic.
- Competence in medication administration and dosage calculations.
