Role Overview
The Sales Manager at Normac Kitchens is a senior, high-impact, client-facing role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening key customer relationships.
This is not a traditional “desk-based” sales management role. It is a hands-on, field-driven, hunter-style position focused on building pipeline, closing business, and growing strategic accounts. While there may be limited coaching responsibilities, the primary expectation is personal sales execution, market expansion, and client ownership at a senior level.
You will be expected to operate as a top performer in the field—leading by example through activity, discipline, and results.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent new business generation from builders, designers, contractors, and renovation partners.
- Strong, active pipeline with high conversion rates.
- Expansion of existing key accounts and development of long-term partnerships.
- Increased brand presence within the Southern Ontario region.
- Accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM activity.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and field activity.
- Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts across builders, designers, contractors, and renovation professionals.
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and presentations to secure and expand business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy focused on growth, penetration, and market expansion.
- Maintain a disciplined and active sales pipeline using CRM tools with accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and positioning.
- Collaborate closely with production, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Normac Kitchens at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to strengthen brand visibility.
- Act as a senior face of the company in the field, building trust with high-value clients and partners.
- Continuously strengthen product knowledge, industry awareness, and sales expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in cabinetry, millwork, building materials, construction, or related industries.
- Proven track record as a top-performer with consistent quota attainment or revenue growth achievement.
- Strong experience managing and growing client relationships at a senior level.
- High comfort level with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and self-generated pipeline.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
