What You'll Do
- Work with buyers and investors in pre-construction transactions
- Represent clients from signing to closing with expert guidance
- Attend project launches, presentations, and open houses
- Build and grow your client base using our tools and lead system
- Stay current on GTA market trends, launches, and regulations
What We're Looking For
- Active Ontario real estate license (RECO registered) — required
- Strong communication, sales, and follow-through skills
- Self-motivated and coachable — you take action and follow systems
- Pre-construction experience is an asset but not required — we'll train you
- Full-time or part-time availability
