Artificial Turf Installers (Seasonal)
We are a Hardscaping company, at the moment we are in need of general labourers, team lead, truck and trailer driver, Foreman or operations manager.
We get more work than we can handle, and we are trying to put a team together for artificial turf installation. We have the equipment, vehicles and tools to get more work, we lack the right people.
What do you need to know to apply to this JOB?
- Since we work all over the mainland, it is required that you drive your own vehicle, moving by BUS has been tried before but usually doesn't work out.
- We work mainly in Langley and Surrey, but do travel further out.
- You need to be able to move stuff from point A to point B. We dig a lot with shovels, we move a lot of dirt, gravel, rolls of turf.
- A lot of the heavy lifting gets done with a mini excavator and a skidsteer. Looking for the right person to drive those as well.
- Need to be able to be on your feet for most of the day, and be physically fit. We will provide all the training to the right candidates so that they grow up within the company, from general helper you move to skilled labor, to installer, to supervisor, foreman, etc.
We need you to come to work with the right attitude, be respectful to your coworkers and very important to be ON time. There is absolutely no previous experience needed for the general labor position, but if you know anything about hardscaping please let us know.
