We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Unified Planner to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain planning. As our team transitions from distinct demand and supply roles to a more integrated approach, this role requires a general planner skillset capable of managing both finished goods and subcomponent levels.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of supply chain dynamics, advanced data modeling skills, and the technical acumen to forecast and manage network hardware and server rack deployments. You will act decisively in a fast-paced environment, developing mid-to-long-range demand outlooks and optimized supply strategies to drive strategic initiatives in AI and network deployment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Integrated Planning & Forecasting
-
Develop strong partnerships with Sourcing, Engineering, Finance, and Commodity Planning teams to build mid-to-long-term demand planning and forecasting strategies while simultaneously sourcing the latest demand signals, including products in dynamic NPI stages.
-
Partner to develop and manage an optimized supply plan for server racks, network, DC construction, and Compute & Storage. Work closely with internal teams and external third parties — including regular coordination with Asia-based partners — to model production capacity, alternatives for material constraints, and make informed trade-off and allocation decisions in resource-limited environments.
-
Develop and build forecasting models and strategies that incorporate cost optimization, network deployment demands, AI strategies, and network topology. Design what-if planning models and utilize planning software (e.g., Oracle) to manage the end-to-end supply chain process.
2. Operational Excellence & Execution
-
Work with cross-functional partners to identify cost reduction opportunities, including excess & obsolescence reduction, design for manufacturing, and overall inventory optimization techniques at the rack and commodity levels. Propose safety stock adjustments based on identified supply chain risks.
-
Build and utilize planning software (Oracle, internal tools) to manage processes. Collaborate with Enterprise Products and Analytics teams to enhance automation, efficiency, and accuracy. Develop and implement clear-to-build (CTB) tools tailored to manage commodities at various stages of AI server rack production.
-
Lead the development of new KPIs and automated reports to drive business decisions, highlight performance, and identify risks.
-
Drive the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and maintaining a seamless process from start to finish.
3. Communication & Collaboration
-
Effectively communicate supply plan commitments and demand outlooks across the organization, up to the leadership level, ensuring a clear understanding of implications.
-
Build out network hardware technical forecasting models that consider engineering options and collaborate with Network Engineering partners to drive demand trade-offs.

Hardware forecasting approaches, network engineering systems utilization, and supply chain demand planning
Advanced forecast model design, predictive analytics, and demand sensing using ERP models (Oracle, SAP, o9, Kinaxis) and/or internally built systems
Dynamic modeling in Google Sheets, Excel (Apps Script, VBA, SQL, Python); data visualization in Tableau or Google Data Studio
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain or related field
10+ years of comprehensive supply chain experience
Detailed knowledge of network hardware architecture and technologies .
