Summary
At Lux, the Client Experience Coordinator is more than a front-facing position, it is the heartbeat of our client experience. You are the first impression, the steady connector behind the scenes, and a key driver of seamless daily operations.
Blending hospitality, organization, and operational excellence, you ensure every client interaction and internal process reflects the Lux standard: thoughtful, elevated, and precise.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for Lux, providing a warm, professional welcome to clients and guests in person, by phone, and via email.
- Oversee daily operations of the Calgary campuses, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a high-quality client experience.
- Manage client communications, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate, confidential records.
- Support and improve office processes and systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, client events, and relationship-building activities to support business growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception, showroom, and office environment.
- Coordinate meetings, events, catering, travel, and special projects with strong attention to detail.
- Handle administrative tasks including invoices, deposits, orders, and office supply management.
- Provide cross-functional support for installations, contractor scheduling, shipping, purchase orders, and sales coordination.
- Ensure adherence to company policies related to security, safety, and confidentiality.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, administrative, or coordination role
- Experience in office operations, hospitality, or customer service environments is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
