- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment according to health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon or spa setting.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and sanitation practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in upselling services and retail products is a plus.
