Production Associate Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks and rail cars
- Retrieve rolls from storage racks and deliver to machines per production schedule before product runs out
- Remove finished rolls from machines and return to storage racks
- Move materials between locations and organize the warehouse floor as needed
- Maintain machinery and tools
- Perform visual product inspection
- Complete paperwork and scanner entries accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean work area and report equipment malfunctions
- Keep daily records of materials moved
- Manufacture and package materials per customer specifications
Production Associate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Proficient in using Windows-based computer systems
- Forklift licensed, clamp truck, and Raymond Reach certifications are considered a must.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts (day, afternoon, and midnight shifts)
- Must possess a valid G Class driver's license and have reliable transportation
- Must have personal PPE equipment, including steel-toe safety boots
- Must be able to provide 2–3 professional references upon request
- Must be available to start as soon as possible, including the next business day if required
Employment Details
- Schedule: This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including the Night Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, starting Sunday at 10:00 PM), Day Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, starting Monday at 6:00 AM), and Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, starting Monday at 2:00 PM).

- Employment Type: Temporary position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
