Location: Edmonton (In office)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch (30 minutes paid and 30 minutes unpaid)

What your day to day will look like:
You will be reporting into the Vice President of Procurement.
- Review and approve documentation for company vehicle drivers; coordinate vehicle availability, insurance, inspections, GPS consent, pickup, payroll notifications, and tracking for company vehicle drivers.

Monitor GPS tracking system for company vehicles, providing user support and troubleshooting as needed. Monitor vehicle usage through GPS, generate analytical reports (such as on speeding and driver behavior), and oversee inspections and safety compliance.

Oversee the company vehicle fuel program by monitoring and approving fleet-related purchases, managing fuel limits, and tracking expenditures.

Direct the company vehicle maintenance program, ensure accurate recordkeeping for drivers and vehicles, review relevant documentation, and conduct annual audits of personal vehicle drivers.

Support accident reporting, liaise with insurance providers, and assist with processes related to vehicle repair or total loss.

Provide ad hoc and procurement support, serving as a key contact for all fleet-related inquiries.
Asset and Warehouse Responsibilities

Support standardized warehouse processes nationwide.

Support the Service Coordinator and Supply Chain Manager.

Manage inventory, including counts, forecasting, and troubleshooting discrepancies.

Manage and track inbound shipments including daily courier shipments
-
Maintain and update the company asset tracking system.

Coordinate shipping, receiving, and material handling across Canada, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Oversee warehouse equipment, including operational knowledge, certification, servicing, and coordination of use.

Operate forklifts and Sisser lifts as required

Coordinate company and third party Sisser lift rentals

Complete truck loading/unloading and warehouse shop sales.

Respond to internal and client inquiries regarding shipments and deliveries.

Review shipping priorities and lead cost and process improvements.

Complete physical inventory counts and track inventory in satellite warehouses.

Keep warehouse clean and safe

Participate in annual audits
What you'll need to succeed:
- 3–5 years of customer service or related experience

Background in fleet and asset management

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable working in a warehouse

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments

- 20 minute preliminary phone interview with our Recruiter
