Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Crew Member to join our landscaping and construction team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor work, horticulture, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, reliable, and capable of performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction projects. Prior experience with lawn equipment and hand power tools is a plus but not required. This position provides hands-on experience in a dynamic environment focused on creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching
- Operate equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, aerator, pressure washer, etc.
- Use hand tools and power tools for gardening, planting, and construction tasks
- Perform general maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal operation
- Support team members in construction projects involving site preparation, fencing, or hardscaping
- Maintain cleanliness of work sites and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to client specifications
Qualifications
- Experience in landscaping is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical tasks in outdoor environments
- Basic understanding of construction practices preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license is advantageous but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team in various outdoor conditions
