Nordic Technology Ltd. is an electronics manufacturer in the HVAC industry. We are based in Kelowna, BC, and have been in business for over 20 years. We have recently began significantly expanding our operations due to industry demand, and our looking for capable individuals to join us.
This Role
We are looking for an electrical engineer to assist in the technical aspects of the production process. This is an excellant oppurtunity for a recent graduate to enter the field. These responsibilities would include:
- Product Testing: Test completed products to ensure correct operation using custom-built testing equipment.
- Product Repair: Repair defective products that were identified in testing and determine the cause of fault.
- Warranty Testing: Test returned products for the cause of fault and determine any underlying causes of failure.
- Receiving: Receive deliveries of components and check for accuracy and completeness.
- Inventory Management: Periodically count the current component inventory.
- Work-From-Home Supplying: Organize product components for WFH staff to take home for assembly.
- Technical Support: Answer questions about our products from HVAC contractors.
- Product Assembly: Assist in the production of our more complex products when other responsibilities have been completed.

- Degree in Electrical Engineering
