Job Overview
We are seeking a committed, responsible and physically capable FAST PACED PRODUCTION WORKER to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently packing product, inspecting, placing, palletizing loading, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values precision, teamwork, and operational excellence. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with heavy equipment operation are highly desirable.
Duties
- Work with cooked products from different types of meat
- Fast pace packaging line
- Repetitive work with job rotation for each line
- Must have good hand -eye coordination
- Work in cold environment (approx 4C)
- Removing frozen meat from freezer
- Inspecting raw meat
- Weigh buggies
- Apply tag and buggy lids
- Lift spice bags
- Operate flakers, bowl choppers an grinders
- Operate stuffing machine
- Overhead work
- Heavy lifting
Experience
- Previous warehouse or food manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and heavy lifting techniques
- Cold environment and fast paced experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to lift heavy weight
This role requires physical stamina, and the ability to operate various types of warehouse equipment safely. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail and teamwork.
Pay: $21.24 per hour

- Arthur, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Warehouse Production: 1 year (preferred)
