Overview:
We are seeking passionate Registered Early Childhood Teachers to join our team and help us open our new centre, full time.
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine interest in nurturing young minds, with some knowledge and experience of both the Reggio Emilia based and Montessori curriculum, as well as How does learning happen?
Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each child
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate, and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each child
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom=- -following policy and procedures
Experience:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong organizational skills
- Early childhood education/RECE background preferred
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with special education practices is beneficial
- Competency in computer operations and Childcare applications

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- Classroom: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Early Childhood Certificate/Diploma (preferred)
