Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Assembler and welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components and systems with precision, ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Assembly and weld of electronic parts.
- Assembly of electromechanical Electroline products following a Bill of Material and an Assembly drawing.
- Troubleshooting of production reject and customer return.
- Visual inspection of welding quality.
- Enter inventory transactions and work order in the MRP software.
- Incoming reception of material and goods in the MRP software.
- Prepare assembly kits for outside contractor assembly (larger productions).
- Support for R&D Department.
Requirements
- College Degree (DEC) in Electronic.
- Excellent vision.
- 5 years+ of experience in welding, capable of soldering 0805 components.
- Capable of welding through a microscope.
- Knowledge of IPC Class 3.
- Demonstrate great manual dexterity, capable of handling fragile electronic and optical parts.
- Good knowledge of ESD good practices.
- Must be capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Team player.
- Capable of expressing clearly in both French and English, verbal and in writing.
Assets:
- Good knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 standard.
- Knowledge of Microsoft softwares (Windows and Office).
- Experience with at least one MRP software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
