Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail enhancements with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations
- Provide body waxing services as requested by clients, ensuring comfort and safety
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Educate clients on proper nail care and aftercare routines
- Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere to ensure a positive client experience
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the day
Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with strong nail care skills
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment
- Ability to perform body waxing with professionalism and care
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Upselling skills to promote additional services and retail products effectively
- Retail sales experience is a plus, helping to increase salon revenue through product recommendations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
