Overview
Yaletown Counselling is a boutique counselling practice located in the heart of Yaletown, offering personalized, evidence-based support to adults, couples, and families. We work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, life transitions, identity, parenting, and relationship challenges. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that strong therapeutic relationships are central to meaningful change.
We are seeking an Associate Clinical Counsellor (RCC, CCC, or equivalent) to provide in-person and/or virtual counselling sessions. Associates benefit from a steady flow of referrals, flexible scheduling, administrative and marketing support, furnished office space, and a team culture that values consultation, connection, and professional growth.
The ideal candidate is client-centred, reflective, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Training in modalities such as CBT, ACT, EFT, Narrative Therapy, EMDR-informed practice, the Gottman Method, or somatic approaches is considered an asset. A strong interest in trauma- and attachment-informed care is also important. We are particularly interested in candidates whose areas of expertise would complement our existing team and expand the support we offer to clients.
If you’re a thoughtful clinician seeking to deepen your work within a supportive, well-resourced practice, we’d love to connect.
