Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist customers with their purchases and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone
