Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in cabinets to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, showcasing our high-end cabinetry products, and providing exceptional service to drive sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for design and renovation, and experience in both inside and outside sales environments. Multilingual abilities and proficiency with SketchUp or CAD are highly desirable to effectively demonstrate product features and assist clients through the design process. Compensation Structure
- $3000 CAD base salary
- High commission structure based on sales performance

Duties
- Engage with customers both in-store and through outside sales efforts to promote our cabinet products.
- Conduct product demonstrations, including sketches and visualizations using CAD software.
- Assist clients with selecting cabinetry options that meet their aesthetic and functional needs, offering upselling opportunities for premium products.
- Manage customer accounts, process transactions via POS systems, and handle cash or card payments accurately.
- Provide expert advice on renovation, construction, and remodeling projects related to cabinetry.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers through effective communication and merchandising techniques.
- Coordinate with the design team to create detailed sketches for customer projects and provide ongoing account management support.
- Conduct inside sales activities, including product demos, consultations, and follow-up communications to close sales effectively.
- Maintain organizational skills to keep track of customer interactions, appointments, and product inventory.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or inside sales within the renovation or construction industry preferred.
- Familiarity with SketchUp, CAD software, POS systems, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful upselling high-end products.
- Knowledge of renovation projects, construction processes, merchandising strategies, and customer service best practices.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Experience with product demos, account management, cash handling, and merchandising will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
