Customer Service Representative’s (CSR) primary responsibility is to support aftermarket parts and accessory sales by delivering world class customer service and technical expertise to manufacturing and dealer network customer base.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enters part and accessory orders into SAP system
- Provides price quotes and availability of parts
- Delivers product technical expertise
- Supports sales objectives by educating customers on monthly sales promotions
- Recommends product parts and accessories for customer equipment
- Researches special order requests
- Calculates freight costs for customers using UPS and other common carriers
- Attends frequent product training and Sales meetings
- Directs end users to respective dealers using computer based systems
- Responsible for making outbound phone calls to existing customer base
- Responsible for increasing new customer base by way of sourcing new customer leads
- Required HS Diploma or GED and 1-3 yrs. of customer service, technical, and or telemarketing experience.
