About the Role
R2R Cleaning Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Cleaner to join our team.
The Advanced Cleaner is a senior-level position responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services while working alongside and training Entry-Level Cleaners during every shift. Advanced Cleaners serve as mentors and role models, teaching proper cleaning techniques, company procedures, efficiency, professionalism, and customer service while ensuring every job meets R2R Cleaning Services Ltd.'s quality standards.
This position is ideal for an experienced cleaner who enjoys helping others develop their skills, leads by example, and is committed to maintaining exceptional quality on every job.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services in accordance with company standards.
- Work alongside an Entry-Level Cleaner during every scheduled shift.
- Train, mentor, and coach Entry-Level Cleaners in proper cleaning techniques, company procedures, safety practices, time management, and professionalism.
- Provide ongoing feedback and instruction to help Entry-Level Cleaners develop their skills and confidence.
- Demonstrate leadership by setting the standard for quality, efficiency, professionalism, and customer service.
- Ensure all work completed by both yourself and your trainee meets company quality standards before leaving the property.
- Complete deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, post-construction cleans, and other specialty cleaning services as assigned.
- Monitor progress throughout the shift and adjust training to ensure work is completed efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, equipment issues, or property damage to the office.
- Maintain company equipment and supplies in good working condition.
- Follow all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures, health and safety requirements, and client-specific instructions.
- Secure client properties by following company access and security procedures.
- Adapt to changing schedules, client needs, and operational requirements while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
