About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Store All-Rounder to support our daily store operations. This role combines customer service, store security, and operational support to ensure an outstanding shopping experience while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient store environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering questions.
- Monitor store activities and help prevent theft or suspicious behaviour.
- Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Respond professionally to customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support cashiers during busy periods when required.
- Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising, and keeping displays organized.
- Help maintain store cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Receive deliveries and assist with inventory organization.
- Monitor shopping baskets, carts, and store equipment.
- Perform opening and closing store procedures.
- Work closely with store management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Retail, grocery, hospitality, or security experience is an asset.
- Security Guard Licence is an asset but not required.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (English, Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.) is an asset.
