Job Overview
This role is primarily responsible for managing and following up on prospective student leads, with a focus on historical leads. In addition, this position will support daily coordination between the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring that prospective student resources are effectively utilized and contributing to improved overall operational efficiency of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospective Student Lead Management & Follow-up
- Manage and follow up on historical prospective student leads, with a focus on inquiries that have not been converted for over 60 days
- Conduct weekly outreach to students who have previously inquired, reactivating their interest and continuing follow-up until enrollment or confirmed withdrawal
- Independently manage the consultation-to-enrollment conversion process
- Accurately record and promptly update student consultation details and follow-up progress, ensuring all customer information is complete and up to date
2. Sales & Marketing Coordination
- Provide weekly updates to the Marketing team regarding upcoming class schedules and course offerings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination between the Sales and Marketing teams
- Assist in coordinating course promotions, campaign activities, and the development and communication of marketing materials, including posters and related assets.
3. Data & System Management
- Assist in organizing sales-related data and prospective client information
- Regularly maintain and update the prospective student database and follow-up records
- Ensure ongoing, effective management and utilization of prospective student leads
Candidate Requirements
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Education Management, or related fields are preferred
- French is not required, but familiarity with French is considered an asset
- Prior experience in sales, client consultation, or customer relationship management is preferred
- Experience in the education industry or language training sector is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
