As we expand our operations and move into our brand-new facility in Saskatoon, we are looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to keep our inventory and warehouse operations running smoothly.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Warehouse / Inventory Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our physical operations—managing the organized flow of raw materials coming in and finished products going out. You will work closely with our production and sales support teams to ensure orders are accurate, properly stored, and shipped on time. Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Receive, count, and log incoming raw materials and manufacturing supplies; ensure all items match delivery notes.
- Stock Organization: Keep the warehouse space orderly, clean, and safe, organizing finished plastic bottles and containers for quick access and shipping.
- Order Preparation: Safely pack, palletize, and label customer orders accurately, preparing them for shipping and transport.
- Team Coordination: Work alongside our production floor and office teams to provide real-time updates on available stock levels and shipment readiness.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict facility safety rules and maintain cleanliness appropriate for food-grade packaging storage.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school graduation is required as a minimum.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting boxes, standing for extended periods, and working on the plant floor.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in counting stock and reading order lists to ensure customers get exactly what they ordered.
- Equipment Experience (Strong Bonus): Previous experience or certification operating a forklift and other warehouse machinery is highly valued and will be heavily considered.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a dependable track record.
