WE’RE HIRING – Cabinet Design & Production Lead (Growth Opportunity)
Samore Closets is looking for a high-level cabinet professional to join our growing team with the opportunity to eventually lead and run production.
We’re not looking for someone who only designs—we’re looking for someone who understands how custom cabinetry and closets actually get built.
What you’ll do:
✔ Read architectural and customer drawings
✔ Create detailed shop drawings and production packages
✔ Produce accurate cut lists and material takeoffs
✔ Coordinate projects from design through manufacturing
✔ Improve production flow and efficiency
✔ Support installation planning and execution
✔ Help build systems and processes as we scale
✔ Grow into a leadership role overseeing production
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in custom cabinetry / closets / millwork
- Ability to independently produce shop drawings
- Understanding of manufacturing and workflow management
- Experience with cut lists, materials, hardware, and production planning
- Knowledge of Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Mozaik, Microvellum or similar software
- Leadership mindset with the ability to solve problems and take ownership
