We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
- Ensure timely delivery of dishes to meet service standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for supplies or ingredients
- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving, food handling, and sanitation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience with meal preparation and food industry standards is a plus

Pay: $20.85-$23.00 per hour
