As the Program Manager, Social Media Enablement for Wealth Management, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a high-profile initiative to onboard, migrate, and implement a new social media management platform. This highly visible program will play a critical role in modernizing advisor marketing capabilities, improving the advisor experience, and enabling scalable, compliant, and efficient social media practices across the business.
- Large-scale program delivery: Proven experience leading large-scale programs or projects, ideally involving platform implementation, onboarding, migration, or broader transformation initiatives.

Program management: Strong command of core program management disciplines, including planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and execution.

Change management & adoption: Demonstrated success leading technology-enabled business change and driving user adoption at scale.
