Niagara Motors is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping keep a busy dealership running smoothly.
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, the Receptionist plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and assist with caller inquiries whenever possible
- Redirect calls to the appropriate department or team member
- Take and relay messages as required
- Receive, direct, and relay telephone and fax messages
- Greet, assist, and direct customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide administrative support to all departments
- Receive payments by cash, cheque, credit card, or debit card for service, parts, and sales transactions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and reliable
- Comfortable answering multi-line phones
- Basic computer and word processing skills
- Ability to handle payments accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous reception, administrative, or dealership experience is an asset, but not required
Schedule:
This is a part-time position anticipated to be approximately 23 hours per week, including afternoon shifts and participation in a Saturday rotation.
