We’re seeking an experienced Used Car Manager for an exciting leadership role.
This role is vital and would be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team and working directly with employees and customers to provide an amazing experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and coach your team towards achievement of expectations, objectives and goals.
- Coach, mentor and train Sales Reps to assist customers, answer questions, structure deals and/or payments.
- Follow the sales process. Solicit feedback from customers.
- Creates a customer focused environment and continuously strives to improve the customer experience.
- Ensures proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
- Establishes and maintains standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Manage and control the dealerships total inventory investment. Follow vehicles through reconditioning, merchandising, and marketing process.
- Responsible for inventory wholesaling, vehicle acquisitions, inventory photos and descriptions, and trade appraisals of vehicles.
- Other duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Progressive experience in vehicle retail sales.
- Experience in a supervisory role is an asset.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and a Clean Driver's Abstract.
- OMVIC Certification.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
- Knowledgeable in a sales environment and management of a sales system funnel process
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
