Permanent Full-Time Nurse Practitioner Opportunity
Location: Brighton, Ontario
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative, interdisciplinary Family Health Team in Brighton. This permanent full-time position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, person-centered care across the lifespan, with a particular emphasis on supporting medically complex patients in achieving their goals.
Working within an integrative primary care model, the successful candidate will contribute to an innovative team of healthcare professionals committed to enhancing patient outcomes through evidence-informed practice and coordinated care delivery.

Qualifications:
- Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Certificate (Extended Class)
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Membership with the Nurse Practitioners’ Association of Ontario (NPAO)
- Experience in a community-based primary care setting
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
