Tutto Restaurant & Bar is hiring barback/bartender. The ideal candidates are team players who work well under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate Must:
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Have a strong command of classic and international cocktails, wine knowledge and be able to cater to customer requests
- Work in a fast paced environment stress-free
- Be passionate about hospitality, bartending and the service industry as a whole
- The ability to work both independently and in a group setting
- 3+ years experience as a bartender in a fine dining environment
Assets taken into account:
- Knowledge of Italian food and beverage
- Working in versatile section sizes, service styles (large parties/events is a plus)
- General knowledge and understanding of wine, however, must be able to do perfect wine service at the table for the guest
