Opportunity Summary
As a Bilingual Mortgage Fulfillment Officer, you will play a critical role in the successful closing of mortgage transactions by ensuring all documentation, conditions, and compliance requirements are met accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
· Review mortgage documentation to ensure completeness and compliance
· Manage deal flow and timelines to meet deadlines
· Obtain and review required documentation and follow up with brokers
· Identify and escalate file issues to Underwriters or management
· Maintain familiarity with mortgage documents (NOAs, T1/T4A, etc.)
· Coordinate with underwriters, lawyers, and brokers for closings
· Deliver exceptional customer service
· Manage multiple files in a high-volume environment
Qualifications & Experience
· Post-secondary education preferred
· Experience in private or alternative mortgage lending
· Strong knowledge of Alt, B, and private lending
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and in a team
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Work Environment
Remote position within Canada. Must have reliable internet, computer, and phone access. Flexibility to work outside business hours may be required.
