Flip Flop Construction Inc. is a fast-growing general contractor established in 2020 and based in Winnipeg, MB. We do it all — landscaping, exterior finishing, decks, fences, framing, concrete, roofing, siding, and renovations — on residential and commercial projects across Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario. Summary
We're hiring hard-working Landscape Labourers for outdoor and exterior work. If you like being outside, getting your hands dirty, and seeing real results at the end of the day, this is your kind of job. All experience levels welcome — show up, work hard, and want to learn, and we'll teach you the rest.
You must be willing to travel to Northern communities. We're based in Winnipeg and work across Winnipeg, surrounding areas, Red Lake, and Northern communities. Out-of-town work means you'll be away from home for stretches at a time — we cover ALL accommodations, and out-of-town work pays more. If you can't travel up north, this isn't the right fit — and that's okay.
Pay
- $18–$20/hour to start on local work
- $22/hour on out-of-town work
Responsibilities
- Exterior and landscape work — grading, prep, hardscaping, fencing, and deck builds
- Operate equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Move materials, prep sites, and keep the job site clean and organized
- Follow all on-site safety protocols at all times
- Work with the team to complete projects on time and to a high standard
Qualifications
- Hard-working and dependable — that's #1
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Landscaping or construction experience is an asset, not a requirement
- Strong physical stamina and able to lift heavy materials
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
