What You Bring:
- Proven Leadership: 7+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, ideally in operations or a related field.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and translate goals into actionable plans.

- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Communication Expertise: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to engage with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
