Mississauga Physio and Wellness Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients of all age groups, helping improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life through personalized treatment plans.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern multidisciplinary clinic alongside experienced healthcare professionals including chiropractors, massage therapists, osteopaths, acupuncturists, and other wellness practitioners. Candidates with experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, acute care, hospital settings, or pediatric physiotherapy are highly valued.

Duties
- Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals
- Provide physiotherapy treatments including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, stretching, mobility training, and rehabilitation programs
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to support effective recovery and pain management
- Educate patients on posture correction, injury prevention, home exercises, and overall wellness strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners including chiropractors, massage therapists, osteopaths, and acupuncturists to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, assessment reports, treatment notes, and progress updates in accordance with professional standards
- Ensure a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment at all times
- Stay updated with current physiotherapy practices, rehabilitation techniques, and evidence-based treatment methods
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and functional independence
- Provide exceptional patient care with professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Experience in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, sports injury, or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and manual therapy skills
- Knowledge of exercise rehabilitation and patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinic
- Compassionate, professional, and committed to high-quality patient care
- Experience with MVA, WSIB, and extended health insurance patients is considered an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
