Landscape Construction Lead Hand
Location: Vancouver, BC

We are a Vancouver-based Landscape Construction company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We’re looking for an experienced Landscape Lead Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship and is interested in long-term growth and leadership.
This is a hands-on role for someone ready to lead by example, support apprentices, and continue developing advanced construction skills. Apprenticeship sponsorship available.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead landscape construction installations from layout to completion
- Install paving stone systems (interlocking & large-format)
- Build retaining walls (segmental block, natural stone, timber)
- Install and manage site drainage systems
- Perform carpentry, masonry, and planting work
- Operate equipment (excavator, skid steer) and power tools
- Read plans, manage layout, and maintain site safety and quality
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of landscape installation experience
- Strong understanding of base prep, grading, and construction math
- Experience operating equipment and towing a trailer
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Strong communication skills in English
- Red Seal or degree (or working toward) is an asset
- Desire to grow into increased responsibility and leadership

Hours: Full-time | 35–45 hrs/week (seasonal variation)
Work Area: Almost exclusively in Vancouver, from time to time in Burnaby & Richmond
Preference given to Vancouver residents or those relocating.

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
