Job Title: Cycle Count Associate
Location: Warehouse Facility
Position Summary:
The Cycle Count Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by performing scheduled cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting inventory control processes within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory.
- Verify physical inventory against system records.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Record count results accurately in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to identify root causes of inventory variances.
- Ensure inventory locations are organized and properly labeled.
- Support inventory audits and year-end physical counts.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and experience using WMS or inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Schedule: Full-time
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
Experience:
- Cycle Counting/Inventory management: 3 years (preferred)
- ERP systems: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Reach and Counter Balance license? (preferred)
