Key Responsibilities
You’re not just selling, you’re owning the entire outbound sales cycle, offering Digital Marketing Solutions to potential clients::
Prospecting & Lead Generation• Target and research ideal clients across industries.
- Proactively build a strong pipeline using LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, events, and referrals.
- Use prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to identify and qualify high-value leads.
Sales Strategy & Execution• Design and implement smart outbound sales strategies.
- Run compelling discovery calls that uncover pain points and drive urgency.
- Present and pitch tailored digital marketing solutions to key decision-makers.
- Navigate objections like a pro and close the deal.
Relationship Building• Build trust and rapport with prospects and clients.
- Become a strategic advisor, not just a vendor.
- Attend networking events, industry meetups, and conferences to expand your reach.
Reporting & Collaboration• Maintain up-to-date CRM activity (HubSpot preferred).
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasts and performance updates to leadership.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Continuously improve your skills, processes, and win rate.
Requirements for the role:
- You have Digital Marketing agency experience
- A winner’s mindset: you love the hunt and you set your own high bar, and chase results.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in outbound B2B sales (preferably digital marketing, SaaS, or tech).
- Proven track record of consistently crushing sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing: SEO, PPC, social media, content, branding, websites.
- Exceptional communication & closing skills.
- Comfortable using sales tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Monday.com (http://monday.com).
- Highly motivated, independent, and accountable for results.
- A deep desire to win, grow, and keep improving every single day.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (not required, but nice to have)
- Proficient in an Apple and Google Drive environment
