Field Trip and Rental Experience Host plays a key role in creating a fun, organized, and memorable experience for school groups visiting the Beach Hangar. This position is responsible for leading field trips, ensuring teachers and students have an exceptional experience, maintaining the facility, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Field Trip Operations
- Welcome students and teachers upon arrival.
- Lead field trips using provided schedules and activity templates.
- Review facility rules and safety expectations with all groups.
- Manage teacher expectations and address questions or concerns throughout their visit.
Administrative Support
- Complete daily reports accurately and on time.
- Respond to basic rental and facility inquiries.
- Enter rental information and facility usage data into spreadsheets and tracking systems.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks as required.
Facility Operations
- Clean courts promptly following each field trip.
- Monitor and maintain facility cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with general facility maintenance tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock facility products as needed.

Requirements
- Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
