UTG - an exclusive service provider to Enercare Home Services in the Woodbridge/Vaughan area, is seeking a Lead/Experienced HVAC Install Team to support our growing Install Department.

Enercare is North America’s largest residential HVAC Company. We partner exclusively with Enercare, serving customers in the broader Vaughan and Richmond Hill area. We are expanding our Team of HVAC Service Technicians and Installers. Our business was founded in 1999 and we offer you long-term, st work in a supportive, happy workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate the requirements of the day and prepare accordingly, including a professional clean presentation of yourself, your tools and your vehicle
- Install and replace residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and other HVAC-related equipment.
- Install equipment accurately and with quality results
- Adhere to procedures and installation guidelines - including iPads for field processing
- Engage customers while onsite, educate and promote the value of Enercare’s products, services and programs on every call
- Maintain high KSI's including NPS, Google reviews and more
Skills, Abilities and Experience:
For sub-contractors:
· Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record
· 313D Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic license (required)
· G2 Gas Technician licence (required)
· You must own all applicable trade-quality tools, instruments, and diagnostic equipment
· Proof of insurability
· WSIB clearance certificate
· Must have own truck/van and required installation equipment
· Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
· Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and other residential HVAC systems
· Must represent Enercare and UTG in a professional manner
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
· Strong problem-solving skills to resolve installation and customer concerns
· Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
· Adaptable to changing schedules, priorities, and job-site conditions
