Qualifications
- RIBO License — required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Strong customer service
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Organized, professional, and customer-focused
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide product information, pricing, and customer support
- Resolve customer issues professionally
- Maintain accurate customer files and account updates
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet client needs
Schedule
- Monday to Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
