Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Cabinets Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the assembly and production of high-quality kitchen cabinets, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the process. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in woodworking, use various hand and power tools, and contribute to the creation of custom cabinetry for our clients. Prior experience in construction or woodworking is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly of kitchen cabinets.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery safely and effectively
- Perform tasks related to woodworking, including cutting, sanding, and finishing components
- Ensure all parts meet quality standards before final assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Support other manufacturing processes such as restoration, cabinetry installation prep, or framing as needed
Requirements
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, or woodworking preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively within a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills related to cabinetry manufacturing and installation
