We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced semi-retired handyman/carpenter for part-time maintenance and repair work for residential rental and condo properties in the Edmonton area.
This position is ideal for someone semi-retired looking to stay active with flexible part-time work.
Duties May Include:
- General handyman repairs
- Basic carpentry and wood repairs
- Minor drywall and painting touch-ups
- Door, lock, trim, and hardware repairs
- Small renovation and maintenance projects
- Unit repairs between tenant move-ins/move-outs
- Occasional outdoor/property maintenance
- Assisting with general building upkeep
Requirements:
- Previous handyman or carpentry experience required
- Must be reliable, honest, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently
- Own tools and vehicle preferred
- Flexible weekday availability an asset
Flexible hours available. Competitive pay based on experience.
