Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support our HR team in daily operations. This role involves managing HRIS systems, assisting with talent acquisition, employee relations, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with HR software, and a proactive approach to project management and data collection. Responsibilities
- Assist with talent acquisition activities including recruiting, HR sourcing, interviewing coordination, and onboarding processes.
- Support employee relations initiatives by preparing documentation and facilitating communication between staff and management.
- Coordinate training & development programs
- Provide administrative support for HR functions such as scheduling interviews, maintaining employee files, and handling correspondence.
- Collaborate on project management tasks related to HR initiatives and process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations through accurate record keeping.
