What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning residential homes throughout Calgary.
- Working in small, coordinated teams (2–6 cleaners depending on job size).
- Following detailed cleaning checklists and quality standards.
- Using our mobile app to view schedules, job details, checklists, and communication.

We believe every team member should feel confident before stepping into their first client's home.
Our training is simple, easy to follow, and completed online at your own pace before your first cleaning shift. You'll learn our cleaning systems, quality standards, procedures, and how to use our scheduling and checklist app so you feel prepared and confident from day one.
Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided throughout your employment.

Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an asset, or the ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, checklists, and communication.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation within Calgary.
- Must be able to obtain and pass a Police Information Check.
